An ACTA-certified facilitator, beauty pageant titleholder, and official pageant coach for TKS & Sons, she combines technical excellence with a passion for education, mentorship, and professional service.

One of Em's proudest achievements was leading a team of 18 professional artists to provide makeup and hairstyling services for over 100 international VVIP and VIP guests at the 2025 YueWen Global IP Awards held at Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore. Personally trained and mentored by Founder & Principal Artist Em, Joey has developed extensive expertise in bridal artistry, luxury service standards, and large-scale event execution. She continues to refine her skills through advanced training locally and internationally, embracing modern beauty trends while maintaining the timeless elegance that defines the company.
