Elite Makeup Artists Inc
By confirming a booking with Elite Makeup Artists Inc, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking ConfirmationAll bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking date and time.
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
Quotations are valid for 3 days unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment TermsThe remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the service date.
Payment may be made via PayNow, PayLah, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
3. Trial SessionsBridal trials are conducted at our studio by appointment only.
Trial fees are non-refundable.
Trial sessions are intended for consultation and preview purposes.
Any additional hairstyle or makeup changes beyond the agreed trial scope may incur additional charges.
2. Payment TermsRequests to postpone or reschedule are subject to artist availability.
For postponements made more than 3 months before the event date, deposits may be transferred to a new available date.
For postponements made within 3 months of the event date, the deposit will be forfeited, remaining balance of the confirmed booking will become payable in full.
Any revised booking will be subject to prevailing rates if applicable.
5. CancellationDeposits are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellation within 3 months of the event date may result in the full booking amount becoming payable.
No refunds will be provided for partially used services or last-minute cancellations.
6. Actual Day ServicesClients are responsible for ensuring punctuality and readiness at the scheduled start time.
Delays exceeding 20 minutes caused by the client may incur additional waiting charges.
Once makeup and hairstyling services are completed and approved by the client, the service shall be deemed fully rendered.
Requests for hairstyle changes after completion will be treated as a new service and charged accordingly.
7. On-Site Services & TravelTravel fees, transportation costs, parking charges, ERP fees, and location surcharges may apply where applicable.
Early morning surcharges may apply for services commencing before 7:30 AM.
Additional charges may apply for locations outside mainland Singapore or restricted-access venues.
8. Bridal Party, Moms & Entourage StylingPersonal styling services include makeup and hairstyling only unless otherwise stated.
Dressing assistance, gown adjustments are not included unless specifically booked before hand.
Additional styling requests on the actual day may incur extra charges.
9. Hair Accessories & ExtensionsLoaned hair accessories, veils, or hair extensions remain the property of Elite Makeup Artists Inc.
Items must be returned in good condition within the specified period.
Replacement costs will be charged for lost or damaged items.
10. Health & Allergies
Clients must disclose any known allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or concerns before the appointment.
All brushes and tools are sanitized between clients.
Clients with specific concerns are encouraged to provide their own skincare or cosmetic products.
Elite Makeup Artists Inc shall not be liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities arising from cosmetic products used during the service.
11. Photography & Marketing Usage
Elite Makeup Artists Inc reserves the right to photograph or use images taken during trial sessions, pre-wedding shoots, or actual-day services for portfolio, website, social media, educational, and marketing purposes.
Clients who do not wish to have their images published must notify us before the service date.
12. Limitation
While we strive to provide the best service possible, Elite Makeup Artists Inc cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control, such as weather, tears, perspiration, humidity, traffic delays, accidents, venue restrictions, or issues caused by third-party vendors.
Elite Makeup Artists Inc will make every reasonable effort to deliver services as agreed and to the highest professional standards.
13. Artist Replacement
In the unlikely event that the assigned artist is unable to perform the service due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, Elite Makeup Artists Inc reserves the right to appoint an equally qualified replacement artist.
14. Amendments
Elite Makeup Artists Inc reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The version in effect at the time of booking shall apply to the confirmed booking.
